About the Role:
GCCTVMS operates 24/7 surveillance monitoring for clients across Pakistan, the UK, USA, and Singapore. We need an HR Manager who can build teams that protect businesses worldwide while maintaining the operational standards our founder established.
You’ll handle recruitment for security monitoring agents, technical staff, and operations personnel—roles that require sharp judgment and reliability. Each hire directly impacts client safety, so your screening process needs rigor. You’ll develop interview frameworks that identify candidates with sustained focus, calm communication under pressure, and integrity.
Onboarding sets the tone for performance. You’ll create training programs that prepare monitoring agents for real incidents, teach them our protocols, and integrate them into shift rotations smoothly. New hires should feel confident operating surveillance systems and responding to threats within their first month.
Policy development keeps us compliant and competitive. You’ll draft employee handbooks, attendance policies for 24/7 operations, and compensation structures that attract quality talent in Karachi’s security sector. These policies need to align with Pakistani labor law while supporting our international operations.
Performance management happens year-round, not just during annual reviews. You’ll implement feedback systems for shift supervisors, track metrics that matter (incident response times, client satisfaction scores), and identify training gaps before they become problems.
Culture matters in high-stress environments. Monitoring agents work long night shifts watching for threats—you’ll create team-building initiatives, recognition programs, and support systems that reduce burnout and turnover.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Three years managing HR functions, preferably in security, technology, or operations-focused companies. Experience with remote team coordination across time zones helps. You should know Pakistani labor regulations, use HRIS platforms competently, and resolve conflicts before they escalate.
